Job summary

Moneybox in London is seeking a Data Product & Analytics Engineering Senior Manager to lead a team of four Analytics Engineers and own the roadmap for analytical data products that power our fintech platform.

You will shape data capabilities, drive architecture decisions, and partner with Product, Data, Insights, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions in a regulated, app-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and analytical data modelling.
• Experience with modern transformation frameworks such as dbt and cloud data platforms.
• Experience leading Data/Analytics Engineers.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable data products.
• Knowledge of fintech regulatory data requirements.
• Excellent communication with engineers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics Engineering team and mentor engineers.
• Own and maintain a prioritised analytics roadmap.
• Own data products end-to-end from discovery to delivery and ownership.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product, Data, Insights and Engineering teams.
