An established UK fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager - Retention to join their high-performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead customer analytics initiatives in a fast-paced, digitally evolving environment with significant investment behind data and tech.
The Role:
In this role, you'll lead retention-focused analytics, helping the business understand customer behaviours and drive loyalty across its omnichannel experience. You'll manage a small team and work cross-functionally to guide strategy through data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and develop retention and customer analytics across the business
Track key metrics like sales volume, opt-ins, retention rate, customer lifetime value, and uplift from campaigns
Lead test-and-control methodologies and analyse marketing campaign ROI
Deliver insights to optimise customer journeys and enhance retention strategies
Manage and mentor two direct reports
Collaborate across teams including marketing, digital, and data enablement
Tech & Skills Needed:
Advanced SQL skills (essential)
Strong data visualisation experience (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
Python skills are a plus, but not essential
Proven people management experience
Background in retail, ecommerce or a customer-focused environment preferred
