This player-coach role combines hands-on modelling with production deployment and stakeholder collaboration to maximise commercial impact across Marketing, Analytics and Product.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Scientists and leading a tech team.
• Strong predictive modelling, ML and customer analytics expertise.
• Proven ability to translate data science into business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience deploying models to production with ML Ops.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities and translate commercial problems into predictive models.
• Guide development of scalable data science products and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering and ML Ops to productionize models.
• Build trusted relationships with Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, Product and Engineering.
• Lead and develop the Data Science team and ensure technical quality.
