Job summary

Intact Insurance UK seeks a Senior Analytics and Insight Consultant to define the analytics strategy and roadmap, coordinating with CDO capabilities to maximise value from the data platform and analytics tooling.

The role drives governance, standards and guardrails for insights, and collaborates with business units to prioritise initiatives and enable data-driven decision making across the organisation. A hub-and-spoke model is involved to ensure broad adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing analytics and insight enablement with tools, processes and operating models.
• Strong background in financial services or insurance with ability to translate analytics into business value.
• Experience driving best practices in analytics tool adoption and data maximisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the analytics and insights strategy and roadmap.
• Publish standards, guardrails and controls for insights and analytics generation.
• Coordinate analytics efforts across the data platform and analytics tooling.
• Engage with stakeholders to maximise adoption and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee ownership and governance of analytics tools and platforms.
