The role embeds at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business to ensure analytics operate reliably in production.

You will own the journey from analytical development to business adoption, designing production-ready solutions and embedding analytics into underwriting, pricing, and portfolio

Responsibilities

• Embed with underwriters, pricing leads, and portfolio managers to influence decision-making.
• Deploy analytics solutions rapidly and iteratively in production.
• Drive adoption of deployed analytics and ensure usage and trust by end-users.
• Define deployment requirements for production-grade analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to align with enterprise standards and non-functional requirements.
• Define measurable success criteria including commercial outcomes such as pricing accuracy.
• Lead change management for analytics deployment and enable business users.
