Digitas UK, a member of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director for Data Science & Analytics in London. The role focuses on leading analytics, CRM strategy and data-driven decision making to shape marketing outcomes.

You will guide a talented team, partner with cross-functional teams and drive measurable business impact through data-led insights and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, CRM or customer engagement programmes.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across technology, strategy, creative and marketing functions.
• Confidently communicate data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement metrics and performance measurement.
• Experience extracting insights from complex data and turning them into business narratives.
• Ability to connect data, customer behaviour and commercial objectives to strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytics specialists, enabling growth and high performance.
• Partner with stakeholders and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver CRM strategies and journey orchestration.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights guiding marketing decisions.
• Link insight, testing and optimisation to shape future activity.
• Develop an always-on testing and learning programme across channels.
• Build strong relationships across teams to align priorities and drive collaboration.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring quality delivery and strategic impact.
