Digitas UK, a member of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director for Data Science & Analytics in London. The role focuses on leading analytics, CRM strategy and data-driven decision making to shape marketing outcomes.

You will guide a talented team, partner with cross-functional teams and drive measurable business impact through data-led insights and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, CRM or customer engagement programmes.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across technology, strategy, creative and marketing functions.
• Confidently communicate data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement metrics and performance measurement.
• Experience extracting insights from complex data and turning them into business narratives.
• Ability to connect data, customer behaviour and commercial objectives to strategic recommendations.

• Develop and evolve an always-on testing and learning programme across channels and customer touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships across teams, helping align priorities, manage expectations and encourage effective collaboration.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, clear prioritisation and strategic impact.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for

• Experience leading analytics, CRM or customer engagement programmes within agency, consultancy or client-side environments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across technology, strategy, creative and marketing functions.
• Confidence communicating data-driven recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience extracting insights from complex data sets and translating them into compelling business narratives.
• The ability to connect data, customer behaviour and commercial objectives to develop strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, balancing delivery excellence with a people-first leadership approach.
