Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director – Data Science & Analytics to lead a talented team and shape how a world‑renowned brand uses data to drive customer experiences. You’ll work with CRM, analytics and marketing to deliver data‑driven journeys and measurable outcomes.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy, testing and optimization, and spearhead an always‑on learning programme across channels, enhancing customer engagement

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, CRM or customer engagement programmes within agency, consultancy or client-side environments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across technology, strategy, creative and marketing functions.
• Confidence communicating data-driven recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience extracting insights from complex data sets and translating them into compelling business narratives.
• The ability to connect data, customer behaviour and commercial objectives to develop strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, balancing delivery excellence with a people-first leadership approach.
