Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting an Analytical Chemist for a 12-month contract with a leading global manufacturing company. The role focuses on quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products, plus routine laboratory testing using wet chemistry, instrumental analysis and physical testing.

You will review data, report findings and collaborate with other departments to support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Science degree in chemistry or related field.
• Prior laboratory experience is preferred.
• Clear communication with an organised, methodical approach.

Salary:

The expected pay rate for this role will be around £13.50 per hour.

The Role:

• Quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished product.
• Perform routine Laboratory testing, including Wet Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis and Physical Testing.
• Review data and report findings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing improvements.

Your Background:

• Science Degree, preferably Chemistry or related field.
• Prior Laboratory experience.
• Communicate clearly and bring an organised, methodical approach.
