Job summary

GXO Logistics in Avonmouth is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our Amazon operation. You will advise managers on employee relations, assist recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle activities, and monitor investigations and absence trends to ensure consistency.

Join GXO as an HR Advisor and become a key member of the HR team supporting our Amazon operation in Avonmouth. Working closely with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives, you'll provide practical HR support across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace. This is a varied role offering exposure to recruitment, absence management, investigations, performance management, employee engagement and change initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career within a fast-paced logistics environment.

• CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD, or equivalent HR experience
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
