Gen II Fund Services is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst to join its Southampton team. The role involves monitoring and responding to client and investor requests, reviewing KYC files, and maintaining CDD/ODD records in internal databases.

You will use AML sanction tools, monitor PEPs, and support audit activities. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or relevant AML/CFT experience, with fluent English and strong communication skills.

• University degree or relevant AML/CFT experience.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.

• Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor incoming client and investor requests and respond proactively.
• Review client and investor KYC files accurately and timely.
• Proactively review AML-KYC documentation.
• Save and file documents; maintain CDD and ODD files in databases.
• Prepare internal and external management reporting & KPIs.
• Review sanction lists, PEPs and adverse media checks and alerts.
• Escalate urgent and sensitive matters to management.
• Support internal and external audit reviews.
