Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in the UK is seeking an AML/KYC specialist to monitor client and investor requests, review KYC files, and ensure ongoing due diligence is maintained. You will use AML tools, perform name checks, and support audits while collaborating with stakeholders across a distributed team.

The role emphasises accuracy, timely escalation of urgent matters and strong English communication. Office-based in Southampton with flexible Agile working options.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant AML/CFT experience required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with client due diligence and KYC review processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming client and investor requests and respond proactively
• Review client and investor KYC files timely per policy
• Monitor AML-KYC documentation and maintain CDD/ODD files
• Prepare internal and external management reporting & KPI's
• Perform name checks against sanctions lists and PEP/adverse media alerts
• Escalate urgent/sensitive matters to management
• Support internal and external audit reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a distributed operating model
