Health Transportation Group UK (HTG-UK) is recruiting a Controller/Planner for our Lincolnshire Headquarters. You will plan and control daily ambulance journeys for medically eligible patients, coordinating crews and resources to ensure timely travel to healthcare appointments.

Qualifications

Enhanced DBS Check (onboarding)

Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Responsibilities

Plan and control the daily movement of ambulance journeys transporting eligible patients
Allocate resources and patient journeys using the Cleric System to crew members and volunteers
Liaise with healthcare professionals to maximise vehicle and staff utilisation
Build effective relationships with crews to ensure the best patient experience
Work within a team to make transportation decisions for the best patient outcomes
