Zusammenfassung

EMED Group is seeking compassionate Ambulance Care Assistants to join our team in Yate. You will drive patients to appointments and between facilities, sometimes with a colleague, and must hold a full UK manual driving licence with good fitness for manual handling. Training is provided.

Responsibilities include assisting patients, lifting and transferring them, and handing over to staff on arrival. A DBS check is required; experience in care is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Transport patients to and from medical appointments and between facilities.
• Assist with lifting, securing and moving patients safely in ambulances.
• Hand over patients to hospital staff or family when arriving at destinations.
• Keep the ambulance clean, safe and well maintained between shifts.
• Pass DBS checks and comply with all safety and confidentiality requirements.
