Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new employer partners and business opportunities.
• Carry out proactive outreach through email, telephone, LinkedIn and other channels, generating interest and creating new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date business, contact and activity information within the CRM system.
• Support the management and qualification of incoming enquiries, booking meetings for the Senior Business Development team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, carrying out timely follow‑up activity to nurture opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Business Development team to ensure opportunities are effectively handed over, progressed and followed up.
• Support wider business development activity and campaigns to generate new opportunities for IN4 Group.
