Job summary

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established, award-winning law firm based in Hale, Cheshire.

This is a full-time, permanent job position with salary dependent on experience and a strong benefits package including an employee bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary, healthcare support, company pension, life insurance cover, Pure Gym membership and a paid day off for your birthday.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years' PQE.
• Residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong client care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Advise on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Review title documents and registration issues.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documents.
• Handle Land Registry applications and SDLT requirements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties to progress transactions.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Identify and resolve issues that delay or complicate transactions.
• Work in accordance with anti-money laundering, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute positively to client and referral relationships and the residential property team.
