Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team in Cheshire. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion while supporting junior team members and developing relationships with estate agents and referral partners.

This leadership role also focuses on improving workflows and processes, ensuring AML and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the firm’s growth through proactive client service

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
• Experience handling complex conveyancing matters
• Proven ability to develop and maintain referral relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and more complex transactions
• Supervise and mentor junior conveyancers and support staff
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and referral partners

An established and growing Cheshire-based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage your own caseload of residential property matters while supporting junior team members, developing relationships with estate agents and referral partners, and helping to improve systems and processes across the department.

You'll work closely with senior management and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.
