Job summary

MTR Partnership in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of client-side construction schemes and oversee them from feasibility through to handover.

You will coordinate consultants and contractors across commercial, industrial, retail and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on programme and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally client-side or consultancy.
• Background in new build, refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Good understanding of the full construction project lifecycle.
• Confident managing consultants, contractors and client relationships.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and programming.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant construction qualification; professional accreditation advantageous.

Looking for a Project Manager role where you can take ownership of your own projects, work directly with clients and oversee schemes from start to finish?

We're recruiting for an established construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its Leeds team.

The business delivers project management and contract administration services across commercial, industrial, retail and refurbishment projects.

This is a client-side position, coordinating consultants and contractors rather than managing day-to-day site operations.
