Qualifications

• This role requires a qualified Solicitor with experience in contentious probate or related contentious private client work.
• The candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills and excellent drafting abilities.
• A thoughtful, empathetic approach to client care and clear advisory skills are essential.

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters including disputes over wills, inheritance claims, and executors/trustees.
• Develop client relationships and take responsibility for your own matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across litigation, tax and trusts to manage complex cases.
