Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in contentious probate or related contentious private client work.
• Strong drafting abilities and sound judgement.
• Empathetic approach to client care and ability to manage sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including disputes over wills, trusts and estates, validity and interpretation issues, and inheritance claims.
• Provide clear advice to clients and develop technical knowledge within a specialist team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across litigation, tax and private client to handle complex matters.
