You will work closely with colleagues across litigation, tax and private client, developing client relationships and handling high-quality matters. PQE 1+ and strong drafting skills are essential.

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ year(s) of PQE in contentious probate or related private client work.
• Strong technical and drafting abilities with sound judgment.

• Proactive, organised and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters including will disputes.
