Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd seeks an ambitious Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the north west's leading boutique contentious probate law firms. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a clear path toward partnership without BD duties.

You will manage a varied caseload, supported by an experienced team and a dedicated legal assistant, with opportunities to advance into a Partner role within the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3 years PQE+).

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments.

• Attend court/conferences with or without counsel.
• Organise exhibits, documents, evidence and briefs.
• Liaise with internal and external third parties.
• Provide assistance with larger technical/complex claims.
• Supervise junior colleagues as required.

We are seeking an ambitious Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the best boutique contentious probate law firms in the north west. This is a permanent, full time job opportunity and would suit an ambitious Solicitor with experience dealing with Contentious Probate matters. The company is also offering the opportunity to become a partner within the firm, along with a strong leadership role, with no BD duties

Role Responsibilities

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive, your new job will see you working closely with other members of the Senior Management team taking responsibility for a varied caseload with a focus on Contentious Probate matters.

You will be fully supported by an experienced and dynamic team and have a dedicated legal assistant to enable you to focus on providing high quality service to each and every client.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious and confident Solicitor or Legal Executive with extensive experience within contentious probate who wishes to advance into a Partner role within the company.

Specific duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters
• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
• Draft pleadings, statements of case and pre-issue documentation and file with the court as appropriate
• Attend court/conferences with or without counsel
• Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs
• Liaise with internal and external third parties
• Provide assistance with larger technical/complex claims within the team as and when necessary
• Supervise junior colleagues as and when required
