Job description

Join to apply for the Amazon SEO Manager role at L'Oréal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the Amazon SEO strategy, refining ways of working with key stakeholders, building strong relationships with sales and marketing teams.
  2. Own the ASIN Opportunity Finder in Amazon Tech to maximize PDP traffic and conversion.
  3. Act as a digital and e-commerce advisor.
  4. Manage the feedback loop with the Content Creation Agency to improve Amazon-specific deliverables.
  5. Oversee creation and optimization of divisional brand stores and CPLs.
  6. Collaborate with Search activation agency to align on organic SOV targets and strategy.
  7. Analyze implementation results using Amazon Tech and PacVue, developing SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
  8. Conduct A/B tests with content to identify relevance and share best practices.
  9. Monitor review ratings to identify improvement opportunities.
  10. Partner with Media and Trading teams to define macro-divisional strategies.
Who You Are
  1. Experienced in Content Development and Optimization, with a focus on SEO best practices.
  2. Deep expertise in SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  3. Hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
  4. Proficient with SEO tools like Search Frequency Report, Pacvue, and Amazon AMS/Vendor Central.
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  6. Solution-oriented mindset, capable of working accurately at pace and managing ambiguity.
  7. Experience managing change through rapid growth.
