Luzern eCommerce is recruiting an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to drive growth on Amazon for multiple brands. You will own client relationships, manage performance on Vendor Central and Seller Central, and translate client objectives into actionable marketplace plans.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, either brand-side or agency-side.
• Solid knowledge of both Vendor Central and Seller Central, with emphasis on the 1P model.
• Ability to drive sales, margins, availability, pricing, and promotions through data.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client updates and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key client accounts as the trusted eCommerce partner.
• Manage Amazon performance across Vendor Central and Seller Central, focusing on commercial and operational impact.
• Translate client strategy into marketplace growth plans and actionable steps.
• Oversee end-to-end eCommerce processes across accounts, including content, pricing, inventory, and customer experience.
• Analyse sales and profitability to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot Vendor and Seller Central issues and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
