Tasks
About the Role

We are looking for an eCommerce superstar who knows Amazon inside out, loves getting stuck into client accounts and has the drive to make things happen. You will be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable moving between the detail of Vendor and Seller Central and the bigger picture of growing brands online.

What matters most to us is strong Amazon marketplace knowledge, particularly Vendor Central, combined with the right attitude: self-aware, accountable, curious and always looking for ways to improve.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and develop relationships with key client accounts, becoming a trusted eCommerce partner and day-to-day point of contact.
  • Take ownership of Amazon performance across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P), with a strong understanding of how Vendor operates commercially and operationally.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategy, objectives and key stakeholders, translating these into clear marketplace growth plans.
  • Own and support the full end-to-end eCommerce process across key accounts, including catalogue and content, pricing, promotions, inventory, availability, operational performance and customer experience.
  • Analyse sales, profitability and marketplace performance to identify risks and opportunities, turning data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Proactively troubleshoot Vendor and Seller Central issues and work with Amazon, clients and internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Plan and deliver regular client performance reviews and QBRs, providing clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
  • Work closely with eCommerce Operations, Advertising, Content, Technology and other internal teams to deliver excellent execution for clients.
  • Support promotional campaigns, new product launches and peak trading moments, ensuring plans are commercially sound and operationally ready.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client performance and scope across Amazon and, where relevant, other marketplaces.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Role
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, either brand-side or agency-side.
  • Good working knowledge of both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central. Vendor Central experience and a clear understanding of the 1P model is particularly important for this role.
  • Experience understanding the commercial and operational levers that drive Amazon performance, including sales, margin, availability, pricing, catalogue health and promotions.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.
  • Commercially minded and analytical, with the ability to turn data into useful insights and practical actions.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused. You spot issues early, take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Self-aware, open to feedback and motivated to keep learning and improving.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work well across different teams and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills across multiple accounts.
  • Confident written and verbal English, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to clients.
Preferred
  • Experience with other marketplaces such as Zalando, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop or Allegro.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising or working closely with performance marketing teams.
  • Experience with eCommerce analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Helium 10, Keepa or similar.
  • Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with benefits.
  • Work-Life Balance: Competitive annual leave and flexible working arrangements.
  • Growth Opportunities: Access to learning and development programs to enhance your skills.
  • Culture and Environment: A fun, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
  • Wellbeing Support: Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Quarterly Social Events: Company-sponsored quarterly social events designed to bring teams together, celebrate success, and strengthen connections across the business
