Job summary

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced AM2 Centre Assessor to deliver, assess and quality assure practical training for apprentices and learners in AM2 and related electrical installation qualifications. You will work with the AM2 Centre Manager, employers and awarding bodies to ensure high-quality coaching, assessment records, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves travel to employer sites and working in industry-standard facilities.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Electrical Installation sector.
• Ability to deliver, assess and quality assure practical training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess AM2 and related practical assessments.
• Support learners through coaching, reviews and progress monitoring.
• Maintain safe, compliant workshop environments.
• Complete accurate assessment and learner documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and standardisation activities.
• Support learner recruitment, enrolment and employer engagement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
