Job summary

The City of Liverpool College's Liverpool Central AM2 Centre is building a talent pool of NET Licensed Assessors for flexible, temporary or permanent work. Assessors deliver AM2, AM2S and AM2E assessments to NET standards and help coordinate centre operations, records and stock.

Hours are flexible up to 35 per week and offered ad hoc. Applicants need an AM2 Assessor qualification or a willingness to gain one within the first year, plus relevant electrical qualifications.

Qualifications

• AM2 Assessor qualification and related electrical qualifications are required.
• Experience or willingness to gain NET-related qualifications.
• Knowledge of NET guidelines, safety, and quality assurance.
• Ability to plan assessments and maintain records efficiently.
• Experience with assessment administration and candidate support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out AM2, AM2S and AM2E candidate assessments to NET guidelines.
• Ensure NET rules, regulations and policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain health and safety and safeguarding requirements under policy.
• Achieve candidate, client and employer satisfaction against targets.
• Maintain candidate records and assessment administration for the AM2 Manager.
• Help plan and coordinate day-to-day centre operations and process improvements.
• Manage stock and purchasing of materials for the centre.
• Contribute to the annual business plan and cost-efficiency targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, agencies and organisations.
• Ensure data is timely and used to plan improvements.
