Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Blackpool is seeking an Electrical AM2 Assessor. The role offers full training to gain the assessor qualification, with potential to obtain teaching qualifications if desired.

You will assess practical electrical apprentices, ensuring standards are met, with 37 hours per week and a salary of £37,000–£40,000 plus generous holidays and a local government pension. Excellent career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required and relevant industry experience.
• Holds Electrical Gold Card and 18th Edition.
• Experience with AM2 assessments and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out practical AM2 assessments, ensuring apprentices meet industry standards.
• Assess candidates' practical electrical installation skills, including inspection and testing.
• Support and guide candidates throughout their assessments.
• Ensure assessments are completed accurately and in line with industry requirements.
• Monday to Thursday focused on assessments, Fridays for administration.
• Full-time, permanent position, 37 hours per week.
