Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a Marston Green operation. The role offers Monday–Friday shifts and a path from temporary to permanent employment, with stable, long-term prospects.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Counterbalance FLT experience, a valid licence, and training accredited by ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT, plus strong health and safety knowledge. Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• ITSSAR/RTITB/AITT accredited training accepted.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT and loading/unloading materials.
• Moving stock around the warehouse and yard and completing daily checks.
• Ensuring loads are stored correctly and maintaining a clean area.
• Adhering to site health and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
