The role requires proven experience with Counterbalance FLTs, flexibility for shift variations, and a collaborative approach to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience operating Counterbalance FLTs is essential.
• Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts as required.
• Willingness to engage in a formal interview process.
