Job summary

Corps Security are seeking an Access Control Officer to manage site access for Visitors, Contractors and Clients from 06:00 to 11:00, Monday to Friday. You will be the first contact point at the site and ensure correct access levels per bookings and escalation procedures where required.

Role involves operating C-Cure 9000 and VM Easy, maintaining security and safety across shifts, and contributing to service improvements with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and organisation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• Knowledge of access control software, preferably C-Cure 9000.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide site access to Visitors, Clients and Contracts using C-Cure 9000 & VM Easy.
• Ensure compliance with operational instructions (alarm responses, building access, production).
• Report or escalate issues to Corps Security and on-site management.
• Produce clear, timely operational reports.
• Be conversant with site systems and procedures; support service improvements.
• Liaise with authorities as needed and handle incidents promptly.
