Job summary

Workrate seeks professional Dedicated Cover Officers to support data center facilities, delivering high-security access control and exceptional customer service for enterprise clients.

The role includes managing access, patrolling, CCTV monitoring, and coordinating with engineering teams; 24/7 shift patterns are required with strict procedures and audit trails to protect critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA license required (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
• Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or corporate security environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional interaction with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control access to the data center using access control systems and visitor management platforms.
• Verify and authorize access for customers, contractors, and internal teams in line with security policies.
• Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure facility integrity across plant areas, server halls, and perimeter security.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents or breaches.
• Provide professional front-of-house support, including customer check-in and escorting.
