Job summary

The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford seeks an experienced events coordinator to support a high-quality programme of development, donor stewardship and alumni engagement. You will coordinate meetings and events for the International Advisory Board and Dean’s Circle, as well as donor visits and roundtables, to showcase the School’s research, teaching, students and global impact.

You will work closely with colleagues in development, alumni relations and communications,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events from planning through delivery and evaluation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and events for the International Advisory Board and Dean’s Circle.
• Arrange donor visits, roundtables, and engagement opportunities showcasing research and impact.
• Maintain accurate event records and support evaluation and reporting.
• Support national and international alumni events including anniversary activities and graduation.
