Aspire People, Leicester, is seeking an experienced Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a Leicester setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils re-engage with education and develop confidence.

Pay: £105 per day

Aspire People have partnered with an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester who are looking for an experienced and resilient Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with children and young people who may have additional needs, challenging behaviour, SEMH needs or barriers to mainstream education.
You will play an important role in helping pupils re-engage with education, develop their confidence and make positive progress.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN, SEMH, behaviour, alternative provision or similar setting.
