Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head for an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area. This role supports the Headteacher, leads staff and helps create a safe, inclusive environment where every pupil can succeed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Assistant Head to join an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated education professional who is passionate about supporting young people who may have faced barriers to accessing mainstream education.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher, leading staff and helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.
