Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head for an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area. This role supports the Headteacher, leads staff and helps create a safe, inclusive environment where every pupil can succeed.

You will drive high standards of behaviour, attendance and engagement, contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing, and implement educational and pastoral strategies. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week post with hours 8:00am4:30pm, and requires a

Assistant Head Alternative Provision

Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00am4:30pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Assistant Head to join an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated education professional who is passionate about supporting young people who may have faced barriers to accessing mainstream education.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher, leading staff and helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

The role

Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:30pm

This is a 5-day-per-week, full-time position based in the Worcester area.
