Job summary

The Oxford Academy seeks an Alternative Provision Coordinator to lead planning, tracking, and evaluation of provision across the school, including off-site placements with colleges or charities.

You will coordinate mentoring and art therapy, manage invoices, and support reintegration into mainstream lessons, working with inclusion teams, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure no learner falls through the gaps.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a school environment.
• Strong administrative capability.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding regulations.
• Experience with vulnerable learners, SEN/SEMH needs.
• Ability to track outcomes and build relationships with families and multi‑agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead on planning, tracking, coordination and evaluation of alternative provisions across the school.
• Manage off-site placements with local colleges or charities.
• Coordinate internal interventions such as mentoring and art therapy.
• Handle financial invoices.
• Support student reintegration back into mainstream lessons.
