Job summary

UCS College Group in Taunton is seeking a team leader to lead and manage a team of learning support assistants. You will provide day to day guidance, morning briefings, regular 1:1 meetings, developmental reviews and appraisals to ensure high quality support for learners with SEND.

With an experienced AL Support team and close working with curriculum staff, you will coordinate a range of targeted programmes, including in-class support and assistive technology, while benefiting from hybrid

Qualifications

• Lead and manage a team of learning support assistants, with day-to-day guidance, morning briefings, 1:1 meetings, developmental reviews and appraisals.
• Staff work with curriculum to organise and implement tailored support programmes for learners with SEND, including Specialist Teaching and Exam Access Arrangements.

Responsibilities
