Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs within the SRB base. This role focuses on learning engagement and individual support in a mainstream school environment.

The position is part-time and temporary, with hours and pay aligned to a daily rate of £92–£100. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver consistent classroom support and help pupils access the curriculum.

The school provides a supportive environment where pupils with additional learning needs can access appropriate support alongside the wider school community.

The school is looking to take on an SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term, part-time basis, working within the school’s SRB base. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils with their learning, engagement and individual needs, working closely with teaching staff to provide consistent classroom support.
