Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Specialist Teacher (Temporary) to join the Post-16 and ALP Team. This role focuses on improving outcomes for learners with ALN, delivering specialist advice, assessment and intervention across schools, colleges and partner agencies.

You'll lead person-centred planning, support transitions to further education and adulthood, and contribute to professional learning, service development and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification and be registered with the Education Workforce Council.
• Experience of working with children and young people with ALN.
• Ability to lead person-centred planning meetings.
• Experience of delivering professional learning and training.
• Strong collaborative skills across education, health and social care.
• Knowledge of ALN Act and ALN Code.
• Commitment to inclusion and outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Responsabilités
