Job summary

Powys County Council is seeking an experienced Inclusion Manager to lead ALN statutory processes across a geographical area and support schools in delivering high-quality education for pupils with ALN.

You will be a qualified teacher with additional ALN qualifications, capable of managing unexpected situations and leading a small team of specialists, while deputising for the Service Manager as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified teacher with ALN qualifications.
• Experience of and additional qualifications in ALN.
• Ability to manage unexpected or novel situations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ALN statutory processes and service delivery.
• Provide support to schools to deliver high-quality education for ALN pupils.
• Line manage a team of Specialists and deputise for the Service Manager as required.
