We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Alarms & Security Systems Manager working out of our Reading, Kemble Court offices. This role is a great opportunity to join an ambitious Protective Security team with big plans for the future!
As the Alarms & Security Systems Manager, you will be responsible for our Alarm Monitoring Centre (AMC), which continuously monitors the security of our estate. The AMC is connected to remote sites through multi-face communications to CCTV, IDS, Electronic access control, Radio pad systems, ADSL line, etc.
The successful candidate will line manage the team of Alarm Operatives and engage, collaborate, and influence key internal and external stakeholders. Analyzing and identifying operational issues, implementing improvements to reduce false positives, and enhancing the AMC response effectiveness.
The role is based at Kemble Court, Reading, on a Hybrid working basis. Hours are 36 per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will need to undertake a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) before starting.
