Position: Airside Performance Manager

Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Location: London Gatwick Airport

Shift Pattern: Rotational 4 on 4 off (including a combination of day and night shifts)

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are successful for this position.

We're seeking an Airside Performance Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving excellent results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Control and deliver the day-to-day operational requirements of the Back of House operation.
2. Liaise directly with the customer.
3. Manage departmental budgets.
4. Deliver high-quality and efficient operations.
5. Maintain safety standards, legal compliance, and manage internal and external KPIs.
6. Provide management information accurately and timely using available IT tools.
7. Manage and develop the team, taking direct responsibility for the performance of reporting managers.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Previous aviation experience, preferably at Gatwick Airport (desirable).
2. Currently at Shift Manager level or above.
3. Strong IT skills.
4. Ability to manage HR functions at site level.
5. Strong people management skills.
6. Adaptability in communication style.
7. Ability to manage teams through direct reports, providing timely and effective feedback.
8. Financial acumen.
9. Full manual driving license.

3. Obtain a full airside ID.
