Job summary

AECOM Airport Planning & Advisory team in Basingstoke and London offices is seeking a Civil Engineer with airport planning expertise to contribute to master planning, feasibility, and detailed designs for runways, terminals, and supporting facilities.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and clients across the UK and Europe, delivering multidisciplinary aviation projects while developing through a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Air Transport Management or Airport Planning.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, IATA).
• Experience with airport master planning, terminal/airside planning, capacity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to airport engineering projects including runways, taxiways, terminals, signage installation and related infrastructure.
• Produce drawings, reports, calculations, simulations and presentations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the UK/Europe and attend client meetings.
