Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to join its Aviation Infrastructure team in the UK. Based at one of our offices in Basingstoke, Croydon, Manchester, Birmingham or London, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, resilient aviation projects for a range of clients including airports and public bodies.

You will mentor airport planners and civil engineers, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure technical excellence across the project lifecycle from masterplanning

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Assure the technical delivery of projects with design-team expertise.
• Engage with clients, represent AECOM at meetings, events and conferences.
• Pursue new business opportunities in Aviation Infrastructure and lead bids/proposals.
• Develop a high-performing team of airport planners and engineers, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
