Mott MacDonald is seeking an Airport Planner to join our aviation team in the UK. You will work on airport masterplans, capacity studies, and airfield/terminal planning, collaborating with a global team in London and Madrid.

The role requires a degree in relevant engineering or airport planning, English fluency, and aviation experience. You will mentor graduates and engage with clients in a supportive hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in aeronautical/civil eng, air transport mgmt, or airport planning.
• Fluent English; other languages valued.
• Aviation industry experience or transferable skills.
• Experience in airport planning disciplines (airfield, terminals, landside, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Deliver airport masterplans, capacity analyses, and simulation modelling.
• Cover airfield, apron, terminals, landside, and utilities planning tasks.
• Learn project management on small projects or workstreams.
• Mentor graduates and share knowledge with junior staff.
• Collaborate with clients and bid managers; support proposals.
