FlightHelp is seeking freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors to assist at Luton Airport on an on-call basis. The role involves sharing information, offering passenger support, and representing FlightHelp professionally during flight disruptions.

compensated at €50 per assignment (about 1 hour), with full expense reimbursement and potential performance bonuses. Must reside in or near Luton and speak English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

At FlightHelp, we support airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.

We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Luton Airport.

This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
• Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Luton Airport arrivals area when notified.
• Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
• Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• (Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).
