Swissport UK&I is seeking an Operations Manager based on site at Birmingham International Airport to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Tui business on station.

You will hold financial and operational responsibility for your area, driving safe, profitable, high-quality performance in line with customer expectations and corporate objectives. The role focuses on leadership, change management, and continuous improvement within a diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure HSE compliance, lead safety initiatives, and maintain emergency plans.
• Financial Performance: Manage P&L, control costs, and optimize revenue-to-labour targets.
• Leadership: Coach and develop teams, drive employee engagement, and support talent growth.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee resource planning, KPI monitoring, and service delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, trade unions, and regulatory bodies.
