Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with significant P&L accountability and leadership of large teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to motivate staff and drive performance to meet customer airline targets.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leader: ensure health and safety compliance and emergency planning.
• P&L Management: manage labour to revenue and cost controls.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: lead supervisory staff and engage with Trade Union representatives.
• Quality Focus and Operational Efficiency: monitor KPIs and ensure resources meet delivery standards.
