MAG (Airports Group) at Manchester Airport is seeking a guest-focused hospitality team member to deliver first-class lounge service across Escape Lounge and 1903 Lounge. You will greet guests, maintain high standards, manage bookings and payments, and assist guests with business services and lounge operations.

Shifts cover early mornings through late evenings (3:30am–10:00pm) seven days a week, with a flexible rota.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background in hospitality and service sectors.
• Proven track record of high-end delivery.
• Flexible across long trading days.
• Numerical and analytical skills for data and budgets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working on own initiative and building relationships.
• Experience in a lounge or hospitality setting preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for alcohol service.

Aufgaben

• Provide a meet and greet service to lounge users with courteous, world-class service.
• Maintain lounge facilities to high standards and complete daily/weekly/monthly checks.
• Maintain records of bookings, consolidate data, and update computer records.
• Process direct bookings by phone or on travel day and reconcile monies taken.
• Prepare and serve beverages in line with product directions and licenses.
• Assist with clearing, cleanliness, and hygiene in the lounge areas.
• Manage stock levels and replenish buffet service as needed.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and support back-of-house duties.
• Support guests with business services (fax, printing, etc.) and flexible rota adherence.
