Job summary

Travelex is seeking a Cash Processing Assistant at Gatwick Airport on a permanent, full-time basis. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 3pm, 5 days out of 7. The base salary is £13 per hour, with an opportunity to earn a monthly bonus for hitting targets.

You will reconcile banking for customers at the airport, deliver strong customer service, and work as part of a team to ensure accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash.

• Be accurate with a keen eye for detail.

• IT skills and able to use Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, whilst maximizing productivity.
• Reconcile banking from customers at the airport, meeting accuracy and deadlines.
• Work as part of a team alongside Team Managers to keep the business running smoothly.
• Pass a written test and provide a full 5-year history; pass credit and criminal record checks.
